We offer household clearance services, as well as property marketing preparation (painting & decorating work only, for existing clients only).
We accept payments by Bank Transfer as well as Debit & Credit Card.
For clearance services, we can accept payment directly from you, or via your solicitor or estate agent where funds are to be from an estate or sale.
House Clearance
Offering a sympathetic household clearance service after someone has gone in to care, or after a bereavement.
- Liaising with client (POA, Next of Kin)
- Liaising with solicitor or estate agent.
- Donation of items to local charities.
- Responsible disposal of unusable items - We are registered with SEPA (Scottish Environment Protection Agency), so will ensure that unusable items or waste are disposed of responsibly. (SEPA registration number; WCR/R/3010083).
- Fully Insured.
House Doctor
Our service allows you to prepare your property for marketing, for sale or rent. Alternatively, if you just need assistance in having a de-clutter of your household items.;
- Sale or Rental preparation
- Household De-clutter.
- Landlord - Decorating & Cleaning, between tenancy changes.
